Welcome to GravCentre (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website gravcentre.com (“Site”) and our services (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Provided:

GravCentre offers digital marketing and web development services, including website creation, SEO, Google/Meta ads, and related solutions for small businesses. Services may be updated, modified, or expanded at our discretion.

2. Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to use our Services.

3. Payments:

• We accept payments through Skrill and other methods we may add in the future.

• All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate payment information and covering any transaction or conversion fees charged by Skrill or your financial institution.

• By making a payment through Skrill, you also agree to Skrill’s Terms and Conditions, available at https://www.skrill.com/en/footer/terms-conditions/.

  
  

4. Refunds & Cancellations:

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all sales are final.

• Refunds may be granted only at our sole discretion and must be requested within 14 days of the original transaction. Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method (e.g., Skrill) used for the original transaction.

• Any chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes will result in immediate suspension of Services until resolved.

  
  

5. Client Responsibilities:

• You agree not to use our Services for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraud, spam, or money laundering.

• You must ensure that all materials you provide (logos, text, etc.) do not infringe third-party rights.

• Payments made through Skrill must originate from accounts you are authorized to use.

  
  

6. Intellectual Property:

• All content, designs, and digital assets created by GravCentre remain our property until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, ownership of deliverables transfers to you, except for any third-party tools, plugins, or software used under license.

  
  

7. Limitation of Liability:

• GravCentre is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or delays caused by Skrill or any third-party providers.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business, or data.

  
  

8. Termination:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if:

• Payments are not received or are disputed,

• You breach these Terms, or

• Services are used for unlawful or harmful purposes.

  
  

9. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes relating to payments processed through Skrill must be handled in accordance with Skrill’s policies.

• Any other disputes with GravCentre will be governed by the laws of State of Montana, United States, and resolved through arbitration or courts located in Flathead County, Montana.

  
  

10. Changes to Terms:

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our Site, with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly.
